Shipping & 

• Orders are processed within up to 3 business days after purchase.
• If you purchased tracking, you will receive tracking details once your package ships.
• If you did not purchase tracking, your order will be shipped via free ground standard shipping, which can take 7–14 business days from the 3-day drop-off window.

Returns & Exchanges

• If there is any issue with your order, please contact us directly before using the product so we can assist you.
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Upon arrival customer will receive a full refund. 
  
  
• For exchanges: We will include a pre-addressed return envelope with your new order so you can easily send back the original item.
