COVID-19 Shipping Notice

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic all shipping carriers are experiencing network-wide shipping delays.

• Your order will be still be normally processed within 1-3 business days.
• Standard Shipping (Free) in the US has seen extended delivery times. For 20% of our customers it's taken up to 21 days to arrive.
• If you need your order quickly, select one of the expedited USPS options at checkout.

Given these extensive and systematic delays, Tatter Patch will not be issuing any refunds for shipping costs if a package arrives past it's expected delivery date.

Order Processing

Orders placed through our website normally ship within 1-3 business days. In rare occasions or during exceptionally busy times, we do experience stockouts, which can cause a longer delay in an order. If this happens we will do our best to contact you promptly.

Domestic Shipping

Once your order ships, it will typically arrive in 3-7 business days with our free standard shipping via USPS.

If you selected an expedited USPS shipping option your shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Your order will typically arrive in 1-3 business days dependent on which service you selected during checkout.

International Shipping

International shipping is done through USPS International services and shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Please note we are not responsible for any additional duties or tariffs that may be accumulated upon arrival to the destination country. In addition, please note that our free shipping policies do not apply to orders shipping to international countries.
